The hotel was fairly clean, I liked it. This well-maintained venue was in very central location close to the train station. Again, I could visit an indoor market hall.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

We had a fab stay at this stylish hotel. The check-in was smooth, we greatly enjoyed downstairs bar. A continental breakfast with eggs, pastries and toast. Plenty of supplies in the room : terrace, climate control and coffee. There was a great restaurant, a market and stores next door. Nice service and an heated pool onsite.

The hotel was quaint and fairly clean inside, I liked it. The property had a very very good breakfast with eggs, toast and pastries to order. Light and brand-new room, I had a memorable stay. A big building in the heart of Florence...

Wi-Fi was quite slow, made me a little nervous.

Modern hotel with nice style and INCREDIBLE staff. Easy access to eateries and restaurants which are close to the property. There's great rooftop bar with excellent beverages.

It's our place to stay when in Florence! Truly enjoyed that the room included coffee, tea and coffee making equipment. 10 mins walk to the center.

All in all a great experience. The host is friendly. It is very well located in Florence, but also away from the busy streets. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices
